Description

This job is for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization will be the best fit for this Help Desk Analyst position. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Manchester, New Hampshire area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity. Your responsibilities in this role - Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally - Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems for more information contact kevin.wood@rht.com

Requirements

- Proven knowledge of WANs (Wide Area Network) - LAN (local area networks) experience - Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows 8 - MS Windows 10 experience desired - MS Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment experience required - VOIP (voice over IP) experience preferred - Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Experience with IT support ticketing systems - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Basic networking concepts
