Due to this Help Desk Analyst role having a large amount of visibility within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Manchester, New Hampshire area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity. Responsibilities - Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally - Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues For more information contact kevin.wood@rht.com

Requirements

- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows 8 - VOIP (voice over IP) experience - Experience with LAN (local area networks) - Solid understanding of MS Windows 10 - Adeptness in WANs (Wide Area Network) - MS Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment experience required - Familiarity with basic networking concepts - Experience with IT support ticketing systems - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
