As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Your responsibilities - Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP - Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process - Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary - Offer involvement in various department-wide initiatives - Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors - When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests - Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks) - Prepare monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting - Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations


- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred - Knowledge of QuickBooks - CPA experience - Financial Statement experience - Strong familiarity with general ledger - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus - Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well - Strong analytical capabilities and discernment - 3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience - Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines - Strong time management skills preferred - Experience with ERP systems - Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus - Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment - Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
