Manhattan Robert Half is assisting a corporate client in their search for a Legal Staffing Recruiter for a busy Managed Review team. This team offers an all-in-one legal review that manages everything from processing to productions. Responsibilities: Building a pool of reviewer candidates in multiple cities Interviewing and staffing document review attorneys across multiple states Providing project support including on- and off-boarding Creatively sourcing for candidates through advertising and other means Working with nationwide managers to enhance recruitment workflows Providing analysis of relevant metrics Updating applicant tracking database daily with precision Verifying candidates have completed onboarding, including interviewing, facilitating background checks, and confirming completion of other onboarding items Assisting in scaling the business as needs dictate Managing the hiring for the project and updating stakeholders as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree minimum, JD preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel Experience with dynamic databases and applicant tracking systems Background and experience in recruiting Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work with shifting priorities Project management skills highly preferred! This position will require a minimum of 40 hours weekly, mainly Monday-Friday during normal business hours. However, overtime is expected based on project needs, which could include evenings and weekends. Interviews will take place as soon as this week. Work will commence immediately after the right candidate is interviewed and onboarded. This is a long-term, open-ended assignment that could lead to full-time employment, although that is not guaranteed. Pay will be dependent on experience.
