Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal Our client, a prominent Plaintiffs Personal Injury Law Firm located in the Denver Tech Center, is looking for a 2+ years Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal to support their busy practice. The successful Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for all aspects of civil litigation including medical summaries, billing summaries, requesting and reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings including discovery and disclosures, meeting with the attorney and clients, scheduling, calendaring deadlines, electronic filing with State and Federal Courts, etc. The ideal Civil Litigation Paralegal must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have excellent writing and organizational skills, and the ability to handle the stress of a busy practice. Being a team player is a must with a can-do attitude is a must! Working knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and civil trial experience is required for this position. Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience - Medical malpractice experience required - e-Filing experience preferred - Civil Litigation Experience experience - Proficiency in medical records analysis - Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued - Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information - Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers This opportunity would help foster client relationships and build case management skills, along with providing support staff with training.
