Candidates who can perform analysis of the operating results and financial performance of core business segments supporting public reporting requirements, and provide decision-making support for future company investments will be preferred for this Senior Financial Analyst consultant role. This Senior Financial Analyst position is located in Robinson, Pennsylvania Your responsibilities - Provide management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance, and ensure alignment of operational initiatives by working closely with the Functional leads - Power existing management reporting by evaluating financial results, distilling and synthesizing issues, and articulating key updates to senior-level staff - Drive improved management reporting - work with Operations and Accounting to more discreetly and accurately track financial results - Draft quarterly and monthly management reporting - evaluating financial results, summarizing key trends, analyzing current and future business risks, and flagging critical updates to senior leadership - Provide assistance in ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests - Help create sustainable business, operational, and financial processes to be understood by all necessary teams - Grow business performance by identifying and executing financial analysis - Cultivate positive relationships with key business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership If you have the appropriate background and are interested in this opportunity or any other Accounting or Finance opportunity in the greater Pittsburgh area, please send your resume to Nicole.Novak@rhmr.com or call 412.338.8790. Requirements

- Applicants need 7+ years experience in operations finance - Ability to think critically and interact with management - Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence key decision makers - Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing - Skilled at process reengineering and optimization - Strong Microsoft Excel skills required - CPA or MBA preferred - BA/BS degree in Finance, Business or related field - Deep understanding of Excel Formulas - CapEx experience highly desired - Microsoft Excel experience - Budgeting experience - Budget forecasting experience desired - Familiarity in office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools recommended
