Tax Manager

We are hiring a Tax Manager for a rapidly growing firm in the King of Prussia area! The Tax Manager is responsible for federal tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base in various industries.

Responsibilities of Tax Manager

Assisting clients with multiple areas of tax and financial planning

Reviewing federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals and related family entities

Coordinating with the IRS and state/local taxing authorities to resolve notices, disputes, audits, etc.

Deliver a full range of tax services including tax return review, tax research, preparation of technical memos, drafting client correspondence and tax planning

Managing all aspects of client relationships.

Supervising tax seniors and associates

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications of Tax Manager

5+ years of experience

CPA is preferred

Exceptional communication skills

Desire/ability to work successfully in a dynamic business environment

Strong computer skills
