Robert Half is looking for someone with any EHR support experience. 1. Any configuration experience within a EHR. Or clinical system. 2. First three months they would handle heat tickets and a small change of request that came through. Some of the test of our systems with a small server update. 3. Small environment, good personality is key. The Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) Systems Analyst is responsible for the coordinating health information services across the multi-facility, integrated healthcare system. The E.H.R. Support Admin works with others to make sure products comply with applicable laws and standards governing privacy and security.Education, Skills and Abilities: Healthcare and/or clinic management experience preferred. Demonstrates customer (patients, physicians, coworkers) service skills at the professional level with the ability to manage conflict in a professional, calm, diplomatic manner. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills. Working knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD-9 coding. Extensive skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Must have the ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 40 pounds, using appropriate body mechanics. Requires sitting, standing, and general moving around in room. Experience with Allscripts Enterprise V11 is highly preferred.Equipment/Tools Used: Multi-line phone Computer with MS Office, IDX/GPMS software, Allscripts Fax, CopierEssential Responsibilities: EHR Responsibilities Associated Tasks


1. EHR Development Administration Ability to operate and navigate the EHR system. Adjust policies and procedures to include EHR workflow processes. Moniter interfaces, identify correct data matching errors. Participate and create down-time procedures. 2. System Down-Time Processes Participate and develop scheduled and unscheduled down-time procedures. Develop down-time data collection tools. Log down-time occurrences in the event of future data integrity concerns. Determine process for EHR integration of data that are unable to be restored/recaptured/manually loaded, etc. 3. Documentation Requirements Interpret and participate in how policies, procedures, statutes, regulations, and accreditation requirements affect the physician practice EHR. Ensure that all documentation requirements are met for patient care, reimbursement, and research purposes. 4. Confidentiality and Security Provide access and security levels based on users level of need. Protect the confidentiality and security of all patient health information. Protect the systems and hardware that store this information. 5. System Implementation and Training Provide the following EHR system implementation and training to clinicians and other staff at go-live, for system upgrades and as needed: * Work flow analysis * Documentation * Release of Information * Confidentiality and security * Error correction and prevention Create participate in Down-time procedures
