Located in the Newark, Delaware, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term temporary in nature. Major responsibilities - Entry level candidate who will be mentored - Basic desktop support - Windows Support mostly - Mac & Cellphone support would be a plus - Someone who can train and take directions from the team - Ability to lift computers and printers- most equipment now is small desktop, laptops and flat-screen monitors - Will work along some people who do imaging to learn their process - Potentially some over the phone support, this person will review tickets from the helpdesk and possibly call the client first before going to their office - Will be going to different buildings in the university to assist with the issues they are responding to, all are walking distance on campus - They utilize teamviewer for remote access into client systems if they feel an onsite visit in not necessary For immediate consideration please email
