Robert Half is currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to support a Pittsburgh area client on a sixth month project. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the development and support of the cloud infrastructure of the Data Analytics/Science team. Additionally, candidate is expected to provide technical project leadership. Essential Functions: Possess high-level knowledge of IS methods and processes. Contribute to the design and implementation of DevOps tools and processes. Train teammates on DevOps processes and tools. Participate in discussions with IS leadership on the strategy and direction of DevOps. Assist in the designing of a company-wide DevOps process. Support and advise other Development and Operations team members with these same tasks. Demonstrate excellent technical and analytical abilities in a self-directed manner. Participate as an effective technical and analytical advisor by mentoring others, designing and developing effective business solutions, and leading project teams so that all project tasks are completed as assigned. Continually enhance knowledge and awareness of industry standards, trends, and best practices in order to strengthen the project.
