What you get to do every day - Offer IT support for operating systems, hardware/software, and a variety of other end user applications. - Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems - Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Requirements

- Basic networking concepts: LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls, IIS - 3+ years of prior experience - Strong problem-solving skills - Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems - Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
