Robert Half is seeking multiple Apple Help Desk Analysts to join our client, a nationally known and successful software business, to assist their internal employees with IT needs. This will be a long-term contract position with the possibility of converting to permanent in the future. Work with other talented support professionals in a big-name tech company with a global presence much like Twitter, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. The Apple Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing remote support (over the phone, via email, and chat) for internal employees only (no customers). You will have the support of a well-documented Virtual Knowledge Base as well as the support of your team. Customer service and accurate resolutions are the two main focuses and goals of this position.
Skill Requirements: - Experience with Apple laptops and PCs. - Experience with Windows-based PCs. - Active Directory experience. - VPN knowledge. - Networking hardware and troubleshooting skills. - High-level of customer service and a strong phone presence. - Ability to handle a high-volume of calls and tickets. Experience Needed: - 1+ year experience in a technical support role (Macintosh Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Agent, etc) in either a customer or end-user facing role (any Macintosh based experience is a plus). - Proven und verifiable understanding of basic technical concepts. - Ability to troubleshoot new and complicated technical issues by asking probing questions.
