Located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role. Requirements

- Less than one year of experience required - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - Firm grasp of basic networking concepts - Support Tickets experience - Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 - Microsoft Windows experience - Google Apps experience preferred - Proven knowledge of Hardware Installation - Comptia A+ experience desired - Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems - Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment For immediate consideration please email hailee.gerwitz@rht.com
