This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Kennett Square, Pennsylvania area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity. Your responsibilities in this role - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally - Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems

Requirements

- Comprehension of basic networking concepts - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Password Reset experience desired - Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems - Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment For immediate consideration please contact Janelle.Murray@rht.com
