The ideal help desk candidate will be someone with patience, who is friendly and outgoing, and has strong communication and organizational skills. The help desk engineer will be tasked with doing some "grunt work" but will eventually translate into a System administrator role. Some requirements for the help desk engineer position are:
- 2+ years of desk side experience in a professional environment.
-VIP support. Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
-On-site and remote 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
-Top Technical Skills: Active Directory, Office 365, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel).
-Additional Technical Skills: Altiris, Air-Watch, Prosystem FX, Terminal Server, Check Point VPN, iPhone, Blackberry, ShoreTel 14.2 (VoIP) phone system, preferred but not required.
