A well-known area company is looking for an Incident Manager. The Incident Manager will be responsible for coordinating issues from all of the companys departments. On a daily basis you will be responsible for investigating and validating these issues. You will then communicate with the business and vendor in order to reach a final resolution. During the resolution process you will be the liaison between both the vendor and company. Strict attention to detail and being able to meet deadlines is a must. This role requires an understanding of IT infrastructure and experience with coordinating incident resolution.
