Downtown Seattle office is searching for a Sr. IT Manager that will have the responsibility of overseeing the local software and hardware technology including: Maintenance/ Support Inventory/ Licensing Standardization Research, development, testing, integration and deployment of software/ hardware upgrades Vulnerability management; patching/ updating Budgeting/ Forecasting Account provisioning/ deactivation System logging/ retention/ backups End user support - No egos/ No job too small attitude required Reports to the Director of Information Technology, the Sr. IT Manager will be a valuable member of a collaborative IT team. Must be a team player end be comfortable working with IT team, professionals, other departments, and vendors across three time zones with responsibilities in remote offices. The Sr. IT Mgr. will ensure exceptional customer service / end user support to local, remote and mobile users. Will work effectively with management and follow all company procedures and policies. Experience managing Information Technology in a Professional Services/ Legal firm is a plus.
