In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Major responsibilities - Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests - Develops schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines - Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams - Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Applies as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, leading scrum ceremonies, and clearing obstacles - Assure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked - Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice - Heads project planning - Get involved to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager - Supplies detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status - Work side by side with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist - Manages the daily stand-ups, securing they are timely, brief, and focused - Governs deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead - Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable - Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments - Determines project with correct ticket workflows and boards - Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers - Determines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line ***If interested, please send a current copy of your resume directly to Cayden.ihrig@rht.com***

Requirements

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - We need the person we full-time to be flexible and focused - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience - Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications - A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred - To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Capable of working independently with minimal oversight - Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines - Applicants with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools are preferred - Knowledge of Provide Leadership - PMO (project management office) experience desired - Strong familiarity with Organizational Change Management - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills ***If interested, please send a current copy of your resume directly to Cayden.ihrig@rht.com***
