Description

Robert Half Technology is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join a growing team with one of our big clients in St. Louis, MO. Due to increasing workload, they are looking to bring someone on that can interface with the business to provide strategic consulting and guidance throughout key strategic initiatives. They will responsible for facilitating and leading the planning and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve objectives, as well as proactively serve as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders and work closely on intangible issues across organizational and business-entity boundaries. Job Description: Business partner/execution leader that works on executing strategic initiatives against plan (budget, scope, timeline) Work closely with business leadership to set priorities based on business needs, resource capacity, risk exposure, interdependencies and benefits realization Manage one (or more) strategic projects; Engages and works alongside cross-functional stakeholders to manage strategic initiatives Ensure work efforts align with the funding Ensure projects stay aligned to the approved business case, CBA, and the committed timeline Manage and resolve prioritization conflicts, resource issues, scheduling issues, and exceptions Enforce project process standards and propose deviations based on needs Scenario planning around sensitive strategies/strategy pivots Identify outcome probabilities to assist in building a strategic plan Provide visibility to senior leaders to assist organizational planning Communicate strategic goals and long-term views Ensure consistency in implementing the strategic planning process Actively engage senior leadership to assess various business areas, understand current and future problems, and provide solutions for how to transform the business Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities Provide competitive and industry analysis

Requirements

Position Qualifications: BS in Business Management or related field required, MA preferred. 3 or more years in strategic leadership, change management, and/or execution experience required. PMP and/or Agile Certification preferred Experience in change and transition management Strong consulting skills Strong, detail oriented, communication and collaboration skills at an executive level.
