This position requires an experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant. Senior Project Managers in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area might be interested in joining this existing team to work onsite with our local client. Apply through with Robert Half Technology! The role needs to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project as well. Your responsibilities in this role - Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops - Gathers information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into recommendations - Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments - In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap - Comes together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Verifies project with exact ticket workflows and boards - Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests - Drives project planning - Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams - Manages the daily stand-ups, securing they are timely, brief, and focused - Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders - Initiates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments - Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable - Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines - Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst - Behaves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies - Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked For immediate consideration please send resumes to nic.engle@rht.com

Requirements

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets - You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs - Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership - Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience - A Project Management (PMP) certification is required for success at this position. - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines - Oracle experience desired - Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is required for success at this position - Flexible and focused - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - We need the person we full-time to be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Strong problem-solving skills
