Your responsibilities in this role - In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap - Works with Product Owner/Product Manager to ensure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clear and achievable - Interacts and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members - Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product - Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests - Directs project planning - Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments - Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager - Provides project outlines with fitting ticket workflows and boards - Manages deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops - Plans the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively - Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Secure that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met - Aquires and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely - Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams - Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis - Facilitates the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Present detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion For Immediate consideration please send resumes to joe.smith@rht.com

Requirements

- A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred - You could be a good applicant for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures - Microsoft experience required - JavaScript experience desired - This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs - This position will be the best fit for a candidate with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools - You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused - Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications - Capable of working independently with minimal oversight - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
