What you'll be doing: Leads requirement analysis, detailed design, and verification activities for a product or solution. Provide leadership to V&V team members and manage V&V efforts on individual R&D projects. Primary accountability for major element of a project, determines all tasks that are required, and is responsible for project outcome. Proactively determines measures of success for project, product, and process quality within project teams. Conducts test planning, development of test tools, and oversees execution of test processes Designs, develops and/or directs research and tests to validate effect and consequences of designs, process or product enhancements across projects and/or products. Conducts System and Integration Testing Work closely with development teams to review design inputs for accuracy, clarity, and testability Develop and maintain DHF documentation relating to test records, results, and issue observations. Identifies technical problems, provides innovative, creative solutions; shares technical knowledge with team. Generates alternatives and takes reasonable risks while solving technical problems. Other duties may be assigned.

Know the different ways to test and when to apply them. Know things like positive, negative, functionaland othersregression, smoke etc. - How do you come up with your timeline? - How have you conducted regression analysis in the past and what do you factor in? - What are some key metrics to track through the test lifecycle and why? - Strong organizational and planning skills a must - Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change - Demonstrated ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize and balance multiple tasks - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment - Strong experience with test case design of various test types and execution required - Experience in Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution Analysis & Reporting - Experience working within an Agile environment is essential - Familiarity with medical devices or healthcare applications is a plus - Experience working in a regulated environment is desired - Expertise in one or more of the following technical areas desired: o Coding unit/integration tests o Performance testing o Test automation o Testing cloud applications o Testing Core .Net systems in a Linux hosted environment o Working with web services and APIs o Microsoft Service Fabric o C or C# programming
