Roush Performance has an immediate need for an experienced automotive aftermarket sales professional to join our team. The Aftermarket Sales Manager will grow revenue and service B2B customers to meet Roush's strategic growth plans. This position is located in Plymouth, MI.


  • Meet or exceed revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Development of the aftermarket strategy and implementation of an action plan to secure the strategic plan short-termed, mid-termed and long-termed
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers as well as identify and develop new customers
  • Provide market intel on competitive landscape and provide product gap analysis
  • Provide input for forecasting, sales tracking, and other business metrics as required
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customers' business objectives
  • Work closely with management in sales and marketing to develop account strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with various departments to engage in voice of customer events
  • Attend and work trade shows and events


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of high-performance automotive B2B sales industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional etiquette and demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, Salesforce and PeopleSoft experience is a plus
  • Consistent follow-through, with a commitment to achieving a positive customer experience through every interaction
  • Strong understanding of the technical side of the high-performance automotive world
  • Must be self-disciplined, driven, and able to take a team-oriented approach
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
