Our Relief Truck Driver/Warehouse Technician provides coverage for our local class B route drivers who are on vacation or out due to illness. Additionally, they work in the branch warehouse loading and unloading drums from trucks using a forklift, assisting with inventory, and general cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop into a route driver position.

Will be responsible for loading and off-loading trucks
Managing inventory inside the warehouse
May visit 8+ customer sites per day
Will be responsible for picking up waste oil at customer locations driving a Class B Tanker Truck and vac truck
Will be responsible for delivering and collecting chemicals in 15 & 30 gallon drums in a Class B Box Truck
Will be responsible for servicing parts washers at customers sites
What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL required
- Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements upon hire
- Ability to use a mobile computer required
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Previous route/sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, and attention to detail required
