Job Description​

Our Cardiology clinic in Lee's Summit is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their team! You will split your time approximately 50/50 between supervisory duties and nursing duties. You must be a strong communicator, able to lead a team who operates in a very busy environment and provide support and expertise to clinical staff as needed. You should also be flexible, able to adapt to change with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or team lead experience, ICU/CCU/Cardiac background, be a strong team player, and put our patients first.

Schedule: 4 10's per week primarily, though some 5 day weeks may be necessary. The entire job description is below.

Serves as a clinical resource for the site. Acts in a charge nurse role managing the nurse teams schedule and day-to-day workload. Assures that the nursing process is consistently followed according to policies, procedures and guidelines. Work with the Nurse Manager and the other CRNs to deploy nursing resources as needed. Communicate education and training needs to the Nurse Manager. Provide feedback for nurse PMPs. Participate in weekly Nurse Leadership Meetings.

All ambulatory nursing positions require the ability to practice nursing in Kansas and Missouri, either through multi-state privileges or possession of single state licensure in both states.
