We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team! At West Bend, we specialize in cream cheese – that meet our customers' needs and appeal to consumer tastes worldwide.

• Earn up to: $23.31 per hour (based on experience.

• $2,000 sign on bonus paid out over a year based on good employment standing for third shift full time

Shift/Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Noon to 8pm, Monday through Friday

• 3rd Shift: 8pm to 4am, Monday through Friday

Overtime is expected and weekend work is on a rotational basis. Work week also includes a guaranteed 40 hours. Weekend work will be common.

Job Duties:

• Operation of Forklift trucks in a safe manner

• The position will ship and receive orders

• Picking of customer orders, stacking cream cheese and servicing the production lines are also required.  

• Working in other production areas may be necessary during slow periods.

• Ability to work well independently and dependability (which includes good attendance) are very important.  

• Applicants must have the ability to keep and maintain accurate records and other pertinent information regarding products shipped or received, as well as track product in the warehouse.  

• Ability to communicate and interact with other partners and non-partner truck drivers on a regular basis is essential.  

• Ability to learn and use basic computer programs and warehouse management systems.

• Attendance is an essential function

• Perform other duties as assigned by leader

Job Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for periods of time

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
