Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Service Technician at Westport 1 and 2 in Omaha, NE. These are Conventional Properties with 260 units.

What You Will Do
The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
- Three to four years related experience and/or training
- Ability to work independently
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
