ABA Clinical Supervisor
Full-time, salaried position.

The IBHS ABA Clinical Supervisor provides supervision and oversight to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT), Behavior Consultants (BC), Mobile Therapists (MT), and treatment plans to ensure quality services provided to children and families.
- Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies, and procedures, etc. as needed.
- Review treatment plans, progress notes and data tracking. Review authorization packets, assessments and other data as required by funders.
- Participate in telephonic on-call rotation as scheduled and provide phone consultation with team members as needed.
- Assist in the overall management of the program and staff as directed or in the absence of Program Director.
- Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolve employee problems within position responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human services.
- Licensure in Pennsylvania: LBS, LPC, LSW, LCSW or LMFT.
- AND one of the following:
- 1 year providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA
- 1 year providing ABA services AND 12 credits in ABA
- Certification as a BCaBA
- Experience providing supervision preferred.
