Foster Family Recruitment Specialist
Remote position
Members of the Family Recruitment Team will work with individuals who have expressed interest in becoming a Mentor family to help them better understand the process and commitment of being a Mentor, and helping them make the right decision for their family. This team is not state specific, and members of the Family Recruitment Team can work from anywhere. This team will focus on inquiry and prospect milestones (including nurturing list maintenance and virtual event support), with the goal of converting inquiries to applications. Some evening and weekend hours required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Develop relationships with individuals who have expressed interest in becoming a Mentor foster parent to help them better understand the process and commitment of being a Mentor
· Promptly contact foster parent candidates via calls, emails, texts and chats with passion and energy.
· Provide information about programs, supports and children served.
· Effectively collect candidate information and complete the initial review to determine if a candidate is qualified to be a mentor family; then moving qualified candidates to the application phase in a timely manner.
· Maintain and engage a pipeline of new and previous contacts that are still being nurtured.
· Maintain working knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements along with company policies related to screening and selecting Mentors.
· Deliver virtual presentations to small and large audiences with the goal of inspiring and engaging the audience to action.
Job Description
· Recommend new and evolving strategies to continuously improve engagement with Mentor foster parent candidates
· Transfer all qualified Mentor applicants to the Mentor Recruitment Evaluation Specialist through a well-coordinated transition
· Manage, update and track all inquiries on the CRM, in a comprehensive and timely manner, for use in metrics reviews.
· Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years minimum professional experience in the field of healthcare, customer service or sales in a call center environment preferred.
· Client Relation Management system experience preferred.
