Intensive Outpatient Therapist
 
 
This opening is following guidance set forth in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Final Rule – The Company will require full COVID 19 vaccination before starting employment in this role. The company has other roles not subject to the rule.

Description:

  • Provide in-person and telehealth intensive outpatient group programming and individual counseling.
  • Support the development and implementation of service plans.
  • Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary.
  • Attend supervision, staff meetings, and consultations as required.
  • Initiate, maintain, and complete clinical files and records for each individual served, including initial evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, session notes, transfer and termination summaries and other required documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies, administrative directives, therapy guidelines, codes of conduct, professional standards, and all office and administrative procedures.
  • Respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Attend court hearings, CORE evaluations, and other meetings as required.
  • Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the clinic.
  • Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration and maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters.
  • Remain compliant with billing and documentation in accordance with direct service requirement.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications 

  • Master's degree Required (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology or other related degree)
  • Independently Licensed in Massachusetts Required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Experience with Intensive Outpatient Programming Preferred
