The Senior Payroll Coordinator needs to have analytical skills and the ability to process high volume, multi-state payrolls in a fast pace environment. This role is for someone who can thrive in a high-growth, completely remote work environment, while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining data integrity.
This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities: 

• Process multi-state payroll(s) for approximately 10K – 15K employees independently
• Provide employee customer service for payroll check and timesheet related questions
• Complete pre-payroll process audit related tasks prior to the payroll processing deadlines
• Process off cycle payments for prior period adjustments, terminations, and supplemental file payments
• Research and respond to payroll related inquiries from field supervisor/managers
• Serve as liaison between agency and Ceridian Managed Garnishment Services for court orders
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Participate in a wide variety of ad-hoc reports, special projects, process improvements and analysis as necessary.
• Performs other related duties or projects as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with some higher level education
• 3-5+ years' experience in a high volume, multi-state, multi-jurisdiction payroll tax compliance function.
• Ceridian Dayforce knowledge preferred.
