We have an exciting opportunity for a senior Real Estate Associate to join our Boston office.

As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You will represent real estate funds, developers, owners and operators in connection with their real estate investment transactions, working with a variety of industries, including office, retail, multifamily and industrial.
- At least six years of extensive experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, leasing and joint ventures
- Drafted and negotiated all transaction documents and assumed “first chair” position on closings
- Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required
