MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Function – Responsible for account receivables for multiple locations and providing a high level of customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs monthly account analysis on all parker A/R accounts
  • Preparing and emailing pass due/collection/cancellation notices
  • Analyzes the A/R accounts and possesses the ability to identify and explain variances
  • Ensuring account records reflect correct payment/cancel status
  • Meet deadlines for adjustment/letters prior to next month billing
  • Takes phone calls and answers any questions about parkers accounts
  • Review and submit adjustment forms for incorrect billing
  • Create and submit collection paperwork to corporate
  • Makes recommendations for process enhancements
  • Performs special assignments as required


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years prior Account Receivable experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the company, and customers
  • Excellent research, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, self-motivated with ability to multi-task
