The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

 

The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis.

 

SSAG has a need for a DoD Certified Acquisition Expert.

Responsibilities

The DAWIA Level II or above Program Analyst will support Navy Strategic Systems Programs to plan and execute the new Nuclear, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program through the development of programmatic artifacts; including but not limited to acquisition documentation and planning, and creation of white papers, studies, power point presentations, talking points and schedules. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written skills and be able to communicate and manage client expectations.  Interact with and manage stakeholder expectations and needs with the ability to identify and develop risk mitigation strategies.

 

This position will also work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, schedule management, planning, updating government systems, and reporting program status internally to program management. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Secret DoD or an Active DOE security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. 
  • DAWIA Level II certified or above.
  • Experience in developing DoD Acquisition program plans and documents, and working across a multi-disciplinary team to execute the plans.
  • Experience briefing SES and Senior Military Officers.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • Experience in technical/STEM field.
  • Knowledge of DoD, DoN and DOE systems engineering and PPBE processes.
