Description
Superior Resource Group is looking for a 3rd SHIFT PRODUCTION LEAD for a client located in GREEN BAY, WI. This position is contract to direct.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee production employees ensuring safety, production and quality is maintained
- Responsible for plant production, product and quality control
- Troubleshooting, machine maintenance/ repair/ and adjustments
- Maintain and ensure a safe environment and safe practices are met and followed
- Operate material handling equipment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Willing to undertake a variety of tasks and be flexible in regards to work schedules and shifts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Be quick at identifying issues as they arise and troubleshoot to resolve them quickly and efficiently
- Effective communication
- Able to work independently.
