Under general supervision, performs a variety of food service duties including hot and cold food production (pre-preparation and preparation) for patient, staff and guests, setting up service areas, food portioning and serving, cashiering and assisting with customer and patient requests. *These positions will work only shifts that are open due to vacancies, FMLA/LOA, PTO and/or unscheduled occurrences with the purpose of eliminating premium pay and burning our existing staff. In order for these positions to be most effective, they will be scheduled across all shifts, as appropriate, and will fill in for all roles in the kitchen, cafeteria and other retail spaces.
