Accurate checking of documents & Signature Verification as per BR/PoA as per agreed Operating procedures and guidelines
Ensure Pre-processing activities are carried out as per the laid down guidelines.
To liaise with various downstream teams for set-up completion.
Monitor / Diarize / Generate MIS Reports and action as per the agreed terms with Line Manager and in-country.
To actively participate in BCP / DR and any other UAT
Ensure proper updating on completion status of daily Instructions and submission of EOD to country (CSG/I & CM).
- Performing the daily EOD reconciliation
Ensure that Productivity / Accuracy MIS is updated online
To assist the Manager / Unit Manager in managing the day to day operations
Ensure all control procedures prescribed for control of Scanned / fax documents / email instructions / work flow instructions received are actioned as per SLA
Accurate Updating of Control Sheets / work flow system
Ensure that Knowledge on Systems and Procedures is updated by keeping track of periodical circulars and other instructions issued.
Ensure timely escalation to Senior Management of any exception noticed related to work and environment.
Ensure timely archival of records with service provider and proper maintenance of inventory of archived records.
Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times
Participate in test on knowledge and procedures, departmental quizzes, and Group / Companywide CSR Initiatives/Trainings
Ensure strict compliance to Group Code of Conduct at all times.
Ensure proper maintenance of work stations and the environment of the Channels Services work place.
- Ensure adherence of clean desk policy of GBO.
Ensure timely completion of all E learning courses.
To work on improvement of productivity and standardize the process from time to time to meet the necessary regulation/procedures/guidelines prescribed by Company/Group from time to time.
To take necessary tests and training as per Group and Company Requirements
Carryout adhoc responsibilities set by respective Managers / Associate Managers / Senior Managers from time to time
Compliance with all applicable rules/regulations of company and Group Policies
Compliance with the Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy
Compliance with Group Operational Risk procedures
To interact and manage the relationship between Country stakeholders and the business units as well as between other team members within C&S and GBS
