The Role Responsibilities
• Description Delivery of Operational Risk Reports on a timely and accurate manner and leading the teams to ensure such a delivery Key Roles & Responsibilities • Analyse information extracted from OR Systems and present the report as agreed with Stakeholders • Understand the nuances of OR Reports and terminologies (Process, Gross risk, Key controls and Residual risk. • Ensure Regulatory reporting and committee reporting are done in a timely and accurate manner Promote understanding, practice and culture of Operational Risk within the team • Provide training on OR systems to the users / global community • Ensure integrity of source and document the process such that it acts as reference document • Ensure all change impacting Operational Risk communities are well communicated to team as well as reflected in reports • Maintain up to date Departmental Operating Instruction and other documents in connection with reporting for which the team is responsible • Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time. • Ensure that all management information is produced in line with the defined schedule and quality - Managing the team of analysts in exercising the human resources skills and techniques necessary to attract and retain key members of the team. • Devising plans/schedules to various reporting requirements and ensuring timely completion • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and fine tune the reports as per the requirements
Our Ideal Candidate
• A person with 6-8 years of experience in MIS Reporting • Good Excel and Power Point knowledge • Good communication skills • Data analysis and reporting skills • A team player who enjoys working with people at all levels as well as being able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. • Knowledge in Operational/Credit/Market Risk and MS Access would be an added advantage.
