Our Client is looking for a CRM/Email Manager! The CRM/Email Manager works in collaboration with our clients internal team and agency partners to develop contact plans for our database that deliver against business objectives while delivering the highest possible ROI. This position requires experience in designing and optimizing complex email campaigns. This challenging role will have full ownership of email campaigns including copywriting, design, template creation & editing, list segmentation, quality assurance testing, deployment and campaign analytics. As an email expert, you understand how to allocate internal and agency resources to deliver the biggest bang for the buck. You live and breathe data, analytics and are unafraid to push the envelope. This position offers deep exposure to strategy and CRM/Email planning, with ownership of all aspects of the program. RESPONSIBILITIES: Take full responsibility for all email campaigns from start to finish - including setting up offers, copywriting, design & template coding, list management, testing, delivery and reporting - across US, Canada and Australian markets. Manage 1 employee at our remote back office who will assist in all aspects of the program. Leverage our Email Service Provider (Emarsys). Translate high-level business strategies into email tactical plans. Partner with Tech, external agencies, operations, analytics, Product and the Marketing/Sales team. Demonstrate and deploy up-to-date expertise in development, execution, and improvement of CRM/email action plans to improve customer experience and conversion. Develop and execute test plans for key email components such as subject lines, timing, creative, segmentation, frequency, etc. Enhance personalization strategy, including the growth of automated programs, through testing, results, analysis, and partnership with cross-functional teams. Assist in developing omnichannel initiatives, including promotional campaigns and drive-to-store efforts. Manage weekly email production schedule - in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales & Service partners - to identify promotional offers, ensure inventory levels and drive revenues and engagement. Coordinate email marketing projects Setup email promotions and forecasts within our backend system. Conduct QA testing of e-mails within all major e-mail clients to ensure e-mails render properly; offers work properly, pricing is accurate and links, landing pages, vanity URLs and metrics tracking are set up correctly prior to release. Analyze results and provide metrics reports for email campaigns including opens, click-thru and conversions, page views and visits to associated Websites and landing pages. Collaborate with broader Myron team (eg, European team - Adler.com) on new strategies to explore. Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 5+ years of proven experience and demonstrated success in an email/CRM management role Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field Advanced knowledge of Email analytics and deployment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Ability to work independently with remote team members Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Apply today for consideration!
