I have an immediate need for a Digital Brand Manager (CPG/Spirits) for a multi-brand alcoholic beverage company. This is a full-time, direct-hire role in Downtown Chicago. The ideal Digital Brand Manager (CPG/Spirits) has 6+ years experience agency or CPG experience developing marketing objectives, materials and programming across 2-3 assigned brands. An additional focus for this role will be a general understanding of the digital world and strategically working with platforms and partners. Our next Digital Brand Manager (CPG/Spirits) is experienced, edgy and a born leader. You should also have experience marketing to millennials in concepting and executing experiential activations and awesome, unique content surrounding consumer engagements. Within this role, your primary responsibility is to manage the marketing and branding of 2-3 brands. This will span all messaging, delivery, POS display, activations, experiential, digital, traditional, & OOH activities. Our ideal Brand Manager has excellent project management abilities and is able to show examples on how their initiatives have pushed a brand forward. Responsibilities: Support leadership with the development of marketing objectives, materials and programming across 2-3 assigned brands Develop and execute all selling materials, POS, experiential, sampling and digital programming for assigned brands Provide strategic input on digital activations across the full brand portfolio Work with internal team to provide consistent, on-going and current content to keep online / social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) updated with fresh, relevant brand-centric content Work with Marketing Director to identify social media initiatives and ad campaigns to support brand programs Manage the budgets for focus brands in the portfolio Manage the execution and implementation of all brand programming across the sales system Develop market priorities, activation calendars and execution guidelines Must Haves: 6+ years relevant Digital Brand Management experience (clients & brands in CPG, wine/spirits, sports, etc.) Agency OR agency management experience and the desire/experience leading a team Experience developing high level marketing objectives, materials and programming across a 2-3 brands Experience managing the execution and implementation of all brand programming across the sales system Experience managing large budgets ($5mil+), including development, tracking and forecasting Extensive experience in digital with the ability to analyze a paid media report Interviews are being conducted immediately and directly with the Director of Marketing.
