How you will make an impact - Integrate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to heighten the customer journey & experience - Advance, commence, build, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns, including spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions - Manage a skilled team of digital specialists and take the lead on the digital strategy - Dispense clear communications to the customer that are imperative to their needs and life stage - Establish that the CRM plan is executed promptly and within budget - Administer weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI - Compute take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives - Spur more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

Requirements

- Less than one year of experience required - Talented in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM - Well-versed in vendor management - Past role in management a plus - Previous involvement in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS) - Has proven track record in building digital brands with strong ROI - Strategic multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency - experienced in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site - Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Marketing - Social Media Content experience preferred - Expertise in email marketing - Deep understanding of Corporate Social Media - A well-rounded work history of skill, management experience and initiative
