The Creative Group (TCG) has a client in Kentucky that offers Fulfillment, Packaging, Warehousing and Transportation solutions and is seeking a full-time Marketing Administrator. This position is responsible for enhancing the Sales & Marketing Team efforts and productivity through routine metrics reporting, communication with multiple departments, administration of CRM database, and various supporting roles. Essential Functions: Oversee Management of Dynamics CRM tool; build reports and ensure the integrity of the data Support weekly pipeline meetings to monitor sales performance and identify and report on trends; manage and track leads and opportunities Manage and communicate contract and rate quotations, proformas, RFPs and any other proposal development and send to the customer; prepares customer presentation materials with input from other departments as needed Ensures all required management reports, bid packages and customer requests are submitted on time and with complete information Manage the performance of an SEO/SEM strategy through multiple online channels Ensure proper use of marketing materials, brand standards and purchase premium items Assist in preparation of Sales and Marketing annual operational budget Provide administrative support to Chief Commercial Officer; coordinate scheduling of meetings as necessary both internally and externally Maintain project timelines and deliverables For consideration for this role, please submit resumes to email@example.com. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field; 2-4 years experience in sales process and data entry preferred Requires strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to build relationships with key internal decision makers and key external customers Must have ability to utilize and learn all relevant business software and reporting tools Must possess administrative knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM; prior Dynamics Certification preferred Must possess or develop technical skills in the areas of freight and distribution, inventory management, facility/personnel scheduling, budgetary reporting, and CRM Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint) required along with working knowledge of MS Office Demonstrated ability to gather data from multiple sources and manage projects to get results in the midst of competing priorities Must be able to effectively demonstrate conflict resolution skills
