Our client is looking or a Product Marketing Manager to support their products solutions by planning, developing, implementing and measuring marketing and promotion programs to help drive product revenues and the clients success. The incumbent helps to create product marketing plans (including product launches) and is responsible for ensuring promotional strategies, messages, and positioning are on target, that programs support overarching marketing and business objectives, and that lead generation and other promotion goals are achieved. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional campaigning to drive Company and product awareness and lead generation, proactive test and learn and other rapid-response business-building efforts. The Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for marketing content development for activities including, but not limited to, email campaigns, sales collateral, direct marketing and collateral/videos for exhibits / trade shows. Essential Duties: Develop marketing strategies designed to maximize Bio / pharmaceutical brands (including access, managed markets, innovation teams, etc.) and ad agency awareness of, and engagement with the company and their products and services Create and execute tactical plans / campaigns which includes proposing, writing, trafficking, scheduling, budgeting, implementing and measuring results. Be familiar with, and leverage, market research, case studies and other supporting information to prepare impactful promotion Propose, draft, design and gain approval for key client / prospect facing decks, demos and other tools to support the BD/sales team; help curate and manage the Master Slide Library, Product Decks, Sales Playbook and other Business Development - Sales tools. Work closely with design teammates or agency to create graphic and copy design required to execute digital and print marketing plans Act as department Subject Matter Expert (SME) on email campaigning and lead generation Work with Business Development & sales, account & program management as well as other client-facing teammates, when needed, to help create effective pitch decks for key client presentations, conferences, best-and-finals, etc. Develop deep product knowledge across all lines of business in order to develop effective marketing tools and act as a resource for Business Development and other client-facing teammates Participate in planning and execution for new product and product / service launches; create promotion programs to support launches as requested Experience 6 plus years of relevant and increasingly responsible marketing experience Strong preference for healthcare marketing experience (including physician, patient, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, managed care and reimbursement) Apply today for consideration!
