Job Description

To delivery high customer satisfaction through proactive service, effective internal and external communication, and to implement a systematic business development strategy.
To lead BD and marketing activities through active involvement in client meetings, pre-sale discussion, quote/contract review, solution formulation as well as business introduction.
1. To support Commercial Operations in implementing the strategies business development.
2. To actively identify opportunities to introduce Company goods and/or services, thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each customer's business portfolio
3. To ensure that effective communication with existing clients are well maintained through periodical client visits, service reports as well as other communication channels.
4. To work with internal teams to ensure clients' expectations are deliverable and well-communicated.
5. To lead local marketing activities by interacting with global marketing team.
6. To lead local business development by participating in client visits, quote/contract/agreement discussion and solution formulation.
7. To lead through the phase of business introduction and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth new business start-up.
8. To follow up customer complaint and ensure proper handling and customer's acceptance
9. To properly maintain the database related to business, service and clients.
