- Develop strategic plans and implement for new business or focus area in GSD/CSD in Vietnam.
- Drive the demand for COVID testing in both asymptomatic and symptomatic market and proactively work with channel partners to win the share.
- Understand our products with in-depth knowledge, and drive the demand for the applied market, and focus on south Vietnam.
- Collaborate with internal vertical teams and drive the funnel and work as a team.
- Cooperate with channel partners to drive sales activities and opportunities.
- Keep trace the run rate of system reagent and understand the business reason behind the numbers
- Ensure all current, potential leads/opportunities to be fully input into CRM and work closely with market alliance manager to build sales funnel and accelerate business growth
- Attend, participate and represent Thermo Fisher's business in workshops, regional conferences.
- Work with market alliance manager to provide the accurate forecast and escalate timely for the support to cross function teams.
- Cooperate with cross function teams (FAS, Service, Customer care and Logistic) to meet the goal
- At least 5 years sales experience in Vietnam market for genetic testing.
- Knowing the principal of real-time PCR, CE, MA and NGS application will be a plus.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and influence skills
- Willing to travel frequently, Self-motivated.
