Position Summary
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to continue our current growth trajectory of successful media assets sales to our suppliers.
This role runs a large variety of projects and tasks on a yearly basis so project coordination is vital for success. In close collaboration with our Creative Studio, track that jobs are produced in high quality and delivered on time exceeding supplier expectations.
The candidate is responsible for maintaining the platform, processes and tools to deliver world class media products. Working closely with marketing assessing and identifying new digital technologies improving the selection and drive continuous improvements. Success factors for year on year supplier funding growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understands all aspects of the creative product and service offerings, in order to guide the supplier to the most beneficial audiences and products for their investment.
  • Approach potential clients through video meetings, emails, calls or in person to deliver a skilled sales pitch to secure funding in alignment with the Category Strategy.
  • Build yearly plans with suppliers, detailing media products and negotiate discounts and pricing when vital.
  • Creation and development of new sellable media assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams for the Media Sales web shop.
  • Keeping the platform timely up-to-date and with accurate stock.
  • Build email campaigns targeting the supplier community focusing on order conversion.
  • Ensure that orders are recorded accurately in Workfront, for project completion and invoicing.
  • Supervise media purchases to ensure that they are completed, on time, invoiced and reported accurately.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with all supplier partners to support yearly growth targets.
  • Develop appropriate critical metrics and dashboards to measure and present successEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising or related field, or equivalent years experience

Experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and supporting marketing campaigns that generate positive results.
  • 5+ years Marketing experience specifically focused on developing and selling B2B or B2C advertising and marketing campaigns.
