Position Summary:
We seek an enthusiastic Finance professional with excellent analysis and communication skills to support our Service Innovation team as a Financial Analyst focused on financial reporting, business partnering and business performance analysis. A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity in corporate finance, comfort around complex data sets and be willing to learn from and work with functional business partners.

  • Support the functional Centers of Excellence (Marketing, Operations and Customer Care) with analytics, reporting and forecasting on key components of revenue, operating spend and working capital metrics. Facilitate the monthly reporting of financial metrics and scorecards
  • Be a business partner to R&D teams managing product development and introduction. Bring analytical rigor in developing business cases, managing expense and revenue expectations and forecasting
  • Provide recommendations to enhance the current reporting tools. Work on automation and productivity initiatives related to financial reporting and data harmonization
  • Develop standardized reporting dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
  • Assist with the preparation of business presentations, including Monthly Business Review (MBR), long range strategic planning (STRAP), and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) schedules
  • Develop reporting solutions that ‘raise the bar' in terms of analytical insight and user experience
  • Perform or lead special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years experience in FP&A
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, MIS or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate and articulate business impact in financial terms
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team. Exceptional customer focus
  • Strong Excel and modeling skills. Be willing to learn programming languages (e.g. DAX, Python, MDX, VBA) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to transform financial data and analysis
