How will you make an impact?
The Export Coordinator is responsible for the dangerous goods documentation process for ocean and air international shipments. Daily communication with the export team is necessary to ensure that the monthly shipment schedule is met on time.

How will you make an impact?

  • Works alongside Export team to provide exceptional customer service to the customer.
  • Creates, checks and verifies accuracy of hazardous documentation
  • Handles and responds to all types of customer service issues - orders, documentation, tenders, and general enquiries
  • Collates & assembles tender documents where necessary
  • Listen to the customers' needs and understand their requirements
  • Provide a high and efficient level of customer service
  • Resolve complex or difficult customer queries seeking support and clarification where appropriate
  • Seeks appropriate data/information before making any decisions

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Science, or Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


  • History of export customer service skills within an export customer service environment
  • History of Letter of credit experience
  • Experience of Export license requirements
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing workloads
  • Experienced at working in a pressured environment
  • Experience of Export license requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proven working knowledge of IATA/IMDG regulations and appropriate qualification
  • Strong self-motivation with open and clear communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Proven working knowledge of Export documentation
  • Intermediate level experience in Microsoft word/Excel
