Job Description


Own all TSMC account sales management responsibilities of specified MSD EM products including resolving any issues.

  • Define, align and implement Account Strategy
  • Developing and executing a TSMC growth strategy to align with division goals
  • Manage ‘roadmap to PO' using structured selling approaches such as Miller-Heiman and ensure to follow compliance regulations strictly
  • Manage the teams to ensure the booing number & revenue recognition in line with targets
  • Manage strategy and tactics of all sales for defined products in close cooperation with the Business Unit owners, Application team and Service teams
  • Confirm all system configurations, specifications & acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders
  • Apply PPI to identify & resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems
  • Leverage the capability at Semiconductor Market to develop synergy projects.
  • Build up the culture with company 4i value
  • Ensure & follow up CAS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A university degree is required.
  • Requires 10-15 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop deep customer relationships & credibility, to gain insight into customers' requirements
  • Good written & oral communication skills, good presentation skill
  • Good knowledge of the Semiconductor industry, and/or electron optics and the application fields
  • Demonstrate sophisticate leadership and interpersonal skills
