Job Description
DUTIES:
Design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce.com platform.
Create and implement end-to-end solutions.
Work with business analysts and users to understand their business processes and requirements, and convert them into technical design.
Manage fields, relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
Responsible for the SFDC configurations and customizations needed to deliver the desired solution.
Develop or enhance custom objects, Visual Force pages, APEX classes, triggers, Apex batch processes, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, S-Controls, and Javascript.
Perform administration tasks in the Salesforce.com instance.
Prepare project documentation including technical specifications and unit test scripts.
Perform unit testing and fix defects. Support the user acceptance test activities.
Identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the data to support additional business processes or functions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field of study plus 6 years of overall IT or programming experience, with at least 4 years of direct experience in Salesforce.com development and administration work.

Must have experience or knowledge of:
Javascript;
Apex Web services and APIs;
Visual Force pages, APEX classes, triggers, Apex batch processes;
SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management;
Salesforce.com development and administration work;
Salesforce.com Developer and Administrator certifications; and
SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API, governor limits, and test coverage).
